Terms and Conditions for I Love To Travel

Agreement to Terms

By booking a trip or using the services provided by I Love To Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Agency Status

I Love To Travel acts as a boutique travel intermediary. We organize and facilitate travel services, but we do not own or operate the airlines, hotels, or tour companies used in your itinerary. These third-party suppliers have their own terms and conditions, which you also agree to abide by when booking through us.

Bookings and Payments

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Final Payment: All balances must be paid by the due date specified in your itinerary. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your trip and loss of deposit.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid in full due to fluctuations in fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier rates.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing immediately. Cancellation fees from third-party suppliers will apply.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. I Love To Travel is not responsible for financial losses due to unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any required health certifications (such as vaccinations) for their destination. Passports typically must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

Limitation of Liability

I Love To Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or government actions).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
